About The Class
Heart Yoga (60 min.)
Asana is one aspect of yoga, and it has the power to express the full grace and intention of the practice. Through asana we can slow down, connect with the breath, and experience our heart's deepest longing. This class will explore fluid vinyasa, mantra and chanting, and pranayama to connect more deeply to our heart and inner experience.
